1. Service Description

KashKlaw provides a managed hosting platform that allows users to deploy and run OpenClaw instances. We handle infrastructure provisioning, container management, and connectivity so you can focus on using the service.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use KashKlaw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at checkout). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact chasesdavis97@gmail.com for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use KashKlaw to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or data
• Use the service in a way that degrades performance for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

KashKlaw is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
